Not a Consumer Reporting Agency. This website does not qualify as a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Information here or returned by a linked third-party tool cannot be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other FCRA-regulated decision.
Information Accuracy
Public rolls are corrected, portals and fees change, collections move, and digitization can alter available coverage. Although pages are maintained, no fact is guaranteed to be complete or current at a given time. Verify any record with the Berkeley County, Martinsburg, or West Virginia custodian before relying on it.
Not Legal Advice
The content is not legal advice. It identifies sources and explains how Martinsburg rolls and directories generally work, but it cannot replace advice from a licensed attorney.
Lawful Use Only
Public access supports transparency, not harm. Never use information reached here to stalk, threaten, intimidate, harass, or injure another person. Misuse may violate West Virginia or federal law and also breaches the Terms of Use.
Outside Search Providers
Third-party companies power search boxes on some pages. We do not control their results, prices, or treatment of submitted data. Their output is not an FCRA-compliant consumer report.
Links Beyond This Site
Links may lead to assessor, County Clerk, elections, court, library, archive, and similar resources. Each outside operator controls its own content, accuracy, and availability.
No Records Hosted on This Site
No government roll, directory volume, court file, or vital record is hosted here. Those materials remain with their offices, libraries, archives, and portals. Requests, verification, and corrections must go directly to the responsible custodian.
